Potting
During the potting process, we add a layer of protection to provide a physically robust solution to protect PCB´s and Assemblies in challenging environments, which reduces the risk of damage occurring from shock, vibration or moisture. Potting/encapsulation also helps enhance circuit reliability by eliminating current leakage. It also protects against voltage arcs and short circuits by preventing tin whisker growth.

Coating
We can provide conformal coating services as an added value to our manufacturing capabilities. Our conformal coating services provide protective barriers to finished electronics assemblies, which protects them against extreme environments, electrical leakage and exposure to moisture, salt, temperature fluctuation, dust and other environmental hazards and contaminants. We use standard coating as well as nano coating as part of our production.
